EXO-K, the Korean language sub-unit of EXO, was recently appointed as honorary ambassadors of C-Festival. The members of SM Entertainment's male idol mega-group were officially appointed in a ceremony held at Samseong-dong Trade Tower in Seoul on October 21, Daily Kpop News reports.

Only four members of the six-member subgroup were in attendance. This includes Suho (leader), Sehun (maknae), Kai, and Baekhyun. Other members D.O and Chanyeol were not present in the event.

According to the website, C-Festival is a global cultural expo that will be held next year. It will take place at the Coex Convention and Exhibition Centre and World Trade Centre complex in Seoul.

Reports claim "C-Festival 2015" is scheduled to run from April 30 to May 10, 2015.

Three million domestic and overseas visitors are expected to attend the event, which aims to promote the complex as a tourist landmark. The festival will involve several promotional events such as design exhibits, technology-oriented fairs, as well as concerts featuring various K-pop idol groups.

Enews World reports the C-Festival is organized by the World Trade Center Seoul MICE Cluster Committee.

Meanwhile, EXO is reportedly having a comeback in November. Insiders say the much-awaited return of the 10-member group will be sometime in mid-November. Reports claim SM Entertainment scheduled it next month so it would not overlap on another SM Entertainment artist, Super Junior's, promotions.

SM Entertainment has not yet confirmed the rumors while members of the group have not made any hints or announcements regarding the supposed comeback.

The highly successfully and widely followed group was involved in several controversies lately. Luhan, Chinese member of EXO-M, recently filed a lawsuit against SM in an attempt to nullify his contract.

Another Chinese member, Tao, was involved in a scandal after a media outlet posted a video of him allegedly hugging and kissing a woman.
