Robin Thicke couldn't be any happier with his single life, while wife Paula Patton seems to be moving on with hers. Thicke is rumored to be moving on with Katie Holmes and Patton is seen in good spirits as she attended the HBO Emmy event.

E! News shares that Patton was smiling and laughing while chatting with celebrities at the event. Patton and Thicke haven't officially filed for divorce, but Thicke is allegedly dating Katie Holmes, who started as an old friend willing to lend an ear. Classicalite also says that Thicke and Holmes have made plans for a date after Thicke's tour.

However, that date doesn't seem to be the first thing on Thicke's mind, as the "Blurred Lines" singer was reportedly given a ticket for playing music in his mansion that was too loud. Mail Online says that the singer appeared drunk on Labor Day and ignored the police officers who came by his Hollywood Hills mansion to reprimand his loud music following complaints from neighbors.

Moreover, according to a TMZ  report, Thicke lowered the volume of his music, but the volume quickly increased again once the police officers have walked away. "They then wrote him up a ticket for loud music," Mail Online adds. An insider also said that the early hours of Tuesday morning were the singer's second night in a week to be visited by police officers for noise complaints.

The said Hollywood Hills mansion has been purportedly up for sale now. According to Mail Online, the sale of the home could be Thicke's signal that he is ready to move on from Patton. Earlier this year, Thicke announced his plans to get Patton back and even dedicated his new album to her. The album "Paula" proved to have poor sales, however.

While Thicke's $3 million mansion is already up for sale, Holmes is reportedly the new resident of a $3.795 million home in Calabasas, reports LA Times. Examiner says that Holmes' priority right now is motherhood and her career, which means the female actor will not be standing by idly while Thicke parties drunk. The article also thinks that Holmes is "still not in any romantic liaisons."
