Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are now married. The two tied the knot at Chateau Artisan Castle in Miami with friends and family members populated the guest list for the $5 million 1930s themed event on Saturday.

Union's first of two dresses for the night was described by Mail Online as "an ethereal couture Dennis Basso ball gown, featuring a sweetheart neckline with flattering gathered detail, cinched waist and full skirt with a sexy high slit." Meanwhile, Wade was looking dapper with her "crisp white Dsquared2 custom tux and a matching silk Wedding Collection bow tie which he designed himself from The Tie Bar," the article also mentioned. The party came with a black and white theme, with the female guests clad in white and the males in black, adds the article.

Even with simple accessories consisting of a pair of simple diamond stud earrings, her engagement ring and wedding band, Mail Online considers Union to be a lovely bride, "simply radiating happiness on her special day."

According to CBS News, the couple had been dating since 2009, but had a short breakup due to problems with distance and scheduling. In Union's interview with Glamour magazine, she shared: "I'd always wanted an awesome career with back-to-back projects, but I realized I wasn't willing to sacrifice my relationship for it." Union also said, "If your relationship isn't something you're willing to give up and you can compromise, do so."

After almost five years of being in a relationship, Wade proposed to Union last December with a custom 8.5-carat cushion cut ring courtesy of Jason of Beverly Hills which reportedly cost $1 million, says Mail Online.

This is not the first marriage for both celebrities, CBS News adds. Union's former husband was NLF player Chris Howard, while Wade's first wife was his high school sweetheart. Wade has two sons from his previous wife and another one from a different relationship, the article continued.

The 41-year-old "Bring it On" star married the 32-year-old basketball player in Miami with John Legend serenading the couple and the crown with "All of Me," CBS News reports. Legend's music was accompanied by a juke joint to complete the themed reception, adds Us Weekly.

This weekend proved to be popular among weddings, as the Union-Wade wedding was joined by Ashlee Simpson's marriage to Evan Ross, Diana Ross' son. Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg also got married on Sunday in Chicago, shares Washington Post
