"Game of Thrones'" The Mountain won the title for Europe's strongest man alive, and to prove his point, actor Hafthor Bjornsson ripped his shirt off and yelled that he is the King of Stones.

Bjornsson, who plays Gregor Clegane in the HBO series, "completely sliced through the competition," according to Huffington Post. But the highlight of the competition in Leeds was the Atlas stone lifting challenge, where the Icelander apparently ripped his shirt off and yelled about his kingship. According to Huffington Post, the 6'9" competitor yelled: "I am the future of strength as I am King of the Stones!"

The strongman reportedly won four out of six competitions, earning him the title and making his self-proclaimed title accurate. He also earned a new title from Daily News, as the site refers to him as the "mightiest mortal in the land." Bleacher Report describes the incident as the 400-pound strongman tearing his shirt like it was cheesecloth. He then "proceeded to give one of the best and briefest interviews in modern sport," the article added.

Also according to Daily News, the 25-year old competitor "channeled his inner Clegane, with the strongman startling a reporter because of his "boisterous answers in an on-field interview."

Bleacher Report says that Bjornsson has similarities with his character in "Game of Thrones," The Mountain. From the article: "When he's not splitting skulls like ripe papaya on the Game of Thrones set, the towering lifter continues to compete in strongman competitions around the world."

Throughout the tournament, Toronto Sun describes him as having an "in-your-face attitude, poking holes in his competition en route to winning the tournament." His win for this year's competition adds to him being second place in the World's Strongest Man competition 2013 in Hainan Island, China. Last year's event was part of the Circus Medley, adds Daily News. According to Toronto Sun, Bjornsson's win as Europe's Strongest Man qualifies him for the World's Strongest Man tournament 2014.
