Pippa Middleton is reportedly "almost engaged" to her stockbroker boyfriend of two years, Nico Jackson. Fashion and Style said that the impending engagement of the sister of Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, followed after reports of he couple finding the perfect home for their would-be family, including living quarters for the nanny of their future children.

Citing a Life & Style source, F & S said that the younger Middleton sister had been dropping hints to her beau, hoping that Jackson would later propose to her once he picks the ring. The same source also said that the couple will probably have a short engagement, since the two already found a home in London. The Victorian terrace is reportedly worth $3 million and has "six double bedrooms, a movie theater and quarters for a nanny."

"Both Pippa and Nico were taken with it and when they saw the plans couldn't wait to see the finished property. They just have a feeling it'll be their first home," the source added.

The source also said that the couple is looking at properties in Geneva, since they intend to split their time between two countries as Jackson has recently been employed by a hedge fund in the European capital.

Meanwhile, KpopStarz  speculates that the engagement announcement might have been delayed because of Buckingham Palace, which is allegedlt not keen on Pippa's habit to talk on national TV about Kate Middleton and other family-related affairs.

Citing an aristocratic insider who told RadarOnline, The Independent quoted the source, who said, "They are furious with Pippa," one aristocratic source told Radar Online. "They wish that she would shut-up. It is obvious that she wants to define her identify and step out of her sisters shadow, however she needs to know her place."

While the rumors about the engagement have yet to be be confirmed, Pippa is currently busy with Race Across America and Cowes Week. The younger Middleton sister is a known participant in sport events, and had last joined Race Across America in June alongside brother James.
