Phaedra Parks of "The Real Housewives of Altanta" has missed her husband Apollo Nida's sentencing, which further intensified rumors that the two are headed for a divorce.

Apollo, 35, has been sentenced to eight years in prison after he pleaded guilty to fraud charges. He and other schemers reportedly laundered millions worth of dollars, stole checks, and used stilled identities in filing fraudulent tax returns.

This is not the first time that Apollo is going to prison. Breathecast reported that he was sent to jail for 18 years  in 2004 for racketeering (he was released in parole after five years). In December 1998, he spent five months behind bars for theft and receiving stolen goods.

Some insiders are reportedly saying that Apollo is upset that his wife was not present at the hearing.

Parks has hired a professional photographer to take pictures of her husband before he goes behind bars, so their sons will remember him while he's away. A source said: "She wants to capture that father-son dynamic so that her children will know that they have a father and that he's very much a part of their lives," the source said.

Earlier reports say that Phaedra will stay with Apollo even though he will be in prison.

A source was quoted as saying: "Right now, she's with him and that's where things stand. That's her husband and the father of her children and took her vows very seriously."

The seventh season of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" will air on November this year, and Hollywood Life reported that the couple's legal problems will be included in the show. "They got some footage with Apollo and Phaedra surrounding the sentencing this week."

It has not yet been revealed how much of Apollo's legal battles will be included, but it has been confirmed that Phaedra will be back on the show.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will air in Bravo. The exact date of the premiere is yet to be revealed.
