Acer Predator 8 can now be pre-ordered at $299.99; Said to be the loudest gaming tablet in the world

The Acer Predator 8 that was announced last September 2015 is now available for pre-orders. The company claims that this is the loudest gaming tablet in the world with a noticeable 4 red front-facing speakers.

According to Laptop mag, the new Acer Predator 8 definitely appears like a gaming device. A lot of fascinating angles which scream edgy and playful have been employed in the tablet's design. It creates the Shield tablet's demure which presents in all-black, with a soft touch finish. This tablet weighs 12.4 ounces and measures 8.6 x 5 x 0.3-inches, it also comes lighter and marginally smaller than the Shield that comes in 13.7 ounces, 8.8 x 5.0 x 0.36 inches.

This latest Acer Predator runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with a 1920x1200 display. An Intel Atom Z8700 processor with a clock speed of 1.6GHz provides power for this tablet while being backed by 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

 Four front-facing speakers with virtual surround sound are being featured in the strange thin design of this device. In addition, the company says that it includes a TacSense" improved tactile feedback, writes Android central.

A report from Price Pony has also mentioned that the Acer Predator 8 comes equipped with a quad-core Intel Atom Z8700 1.6GHz processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.4 GHz and an 8-inch 1920 x 1200 pixels IPS display. For camera configuration, it is reported to sport a 5MP main camera and a 2MP on the front.

Moreover, it features a Wi-Fi support and boasting 4,550mAh battery. A Predator MediaMaster, where users will be allowed to customize their video and audio settings for better gaming and multimedia experience is included in this device as well.

The new gaming tablet Acer Predator 8 can now be pre-ordered at a worth of $299.99 in the U.S directly via either Acer or Newegg.   The shipment was reported already started on November 13, 2015.
