Beau Willimon, the executive producer of 'House of Cards' Season 4, reveals the upcoming season's storyline while Neve Campbell joins the cast as a power-hungry character to surface on the show. Other than that, rumor also has it that the 4th season will air before the 2016 elections.

Executive producer Beau Willimon has recently shared some details during an interview with E! Online regarding the 'House of Cards' Season 4 plot. Willimon said, "We're reading the same headlines that you are reading. But we're not trying to deliberately parralel what's going on in real life. It would be a fool's errand to try because we're writing the season many months before it airs. So if we did that, it would feel really old."

Also, MNR Daily reports that the 4th season will be introducing a new power-hungry character portrayed by Neve Campbell. Her character will gain power as a fallout of the Underwood split. Then Frank (Kevin Spacey) and Claire (Robin Wright) may need to get back together and adopt a child to balance their favor again.

Meanwhile, there are rumors about the show's premiere date circulating online and according to Christian Post, the show's premiere date will not coincide with the upcoming presidential elections. It has also been reported that the show will not be delayed until the start of 2016 elections.

'House of Cards' Season 4 is set to premiere on Netflix sometime in the early months of 2016. Although there has not been any official statements on the premiere date, some rumors suggest that the release of the newest season is slated on March 4, 2016.
