Frozen 2 is currently in the works and while details about the film's plot have not been revealed yet, speculations are rampant that it could feature Anna having powers of her own as well as a flashback to Elsa's childhood. An Elsa and Anna duet is also expected for the sequel.

As reported by Movie News Guide, Elsa might not be the only one gifted with powers in the next film as Anna might also have her own. Although it will not have anything connected to snow or ice like that of Elsa's powers, it will be adequate and very formidable to save the day.

However, it is also worth noting that directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee also previously revealed that Anna's main power is 'love' which was also the element that saved the sisters in the previous film. On the matter of whether a supernatural power is to be discovered from Anna is yet to be known.

Australia Network News also reported that a flashback scene to Elsa's childhood days might also be included following young actress Eva Bella's announcement in her social media account about being back in the franchise. "Always a good place to start my day! Nice to be back...busy day ahead! Let's do this! #actorslife #FROZEN", Bella revealed. In the previous film, Bella voiced the younger Elsa.

A duet between Anna and Elsa could also be included, as reported by Ecumenical News. Although it is not yet guaranteed to be as popular as the first film's 'Let it go', the sequel is expected to include incredible songs just like the first installment.

Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee are back to direct Frozen 2 along with the major characters from the previous film. No specific release date has been given yet but more official details are expected to be revealed for the film when production takes progress.
