The Lenovo-backed ZUK Z1 is now available in France and Spain through their respective eBay websites. A month and a half after its official launch in China, the new smartphone is making its international debut now.

Spain residents will have to pay 280 euros for the device, while those people living in France have to buy it for a slightly bigger amount of 286 euros. However, these are just promotional pricings available for a limited time, until the 6th of October. After that, the price will be reverted back to its original cost of 375 euros.

Lenovo ZUK Z1 is shipped with Cyanogen operating system 12.1, based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It will carry some Lenovo branding in the user guide and on the box. This is done to leverage the company's wider brand recognition.

The handset comes with a 5.5-inch 1080 pixel touchscreen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with a quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU and an Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB of RAM, as well as 4G LTE support. In addition, the Lenovo ZUK Z1 features dual-sim functionality, USB Type-C port, 64GB of internal storage without a support for microSD slot, fingerprint sensor, 4100 mAh battery, 13-megapixel primary camera with dual LED flash, and an 8-megapixel secondary snapper.

Back in August, the ZUK Z1 was launched in China. The Chinese version of the handset runs on a custom, Android Lollipop-based, ZUI. The features of the international and Chinese versions are similar, aside from the operating system.

As of now, it is still unknown whether the Lenovo-backed ZUK Z1 will be released in India. On the whole, if Lenovo will find success or sales growth with this device, then it will most probably be available in other countries and regions as well. Thus, all Lenovo users and spectators will absolutely enjoy an ultimate smartphone experience with this innovative and promising device.
