A better version of Lenovo's A7000 in the form of the Lenovo A7000 Plus comes to online store starting September 15. Deemed a better version of its predecessor, the new Lenovo A7000 budget phone promises to bring value for money with its bumped up display and multitasking capability.

Lenovo A7000 Plus came after the A7000 and A6000. Known as K3 Note in other countries, the A7000 Plus has an upgraded display, processor, and storage. It looks the same as the A7000 on the outside but its external casing houses an improved hardware on the inside.

Unbox reports the specifications and features of Lenovo A7000 Plus. It is set to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop, Google's latest Android software. The device dons a 5.5" Full HD IPS touchscreen display with 1920 x 1080 screen resolution, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory storage expandable to 32 GB via microSD, and dual-SIM support (4G + 2G). Its revamped processor allows use of multiple apps at the same time, earning the praise of Lenovo Smartphones Philippines' Dino Romano . 

The Lenovo A7000 Plus also carries Dolby ATMOS surround sound technology like the A7000 which was the first to use the said audio feature. Dolby ATMOS provides full wide-ranging multimedia experience when watching movies or streaming music.

Yugatech compares Lenovo A7000 Plus with its famous budget phone competitor, Alcatel Flash Plus. In the comparison between both devices, Lenovo A7000 Plus gains the upper hand in display resolution and processor. Its use of Dolby ATMOS sound tech and Android Lollipop OS is also a big advantage. On the other hand, Alcatel Flash Plus has better battery life and front snapper as well as a cheaper price of Php 6490.

Gadget Pilipinas reports that Lenovo A7000 Plus does not sacrifice form for function. It has a 1.7GHz octa-core processor that supports HD mobile gaming. Photos taken with the phone's camera are clear and sharp with minimal noise depending on the ambient lighting.

In terms of connectivity, Lenovo A7000 Plus offers 3G, LTE, Bluetooth, and WiFi. The device packs a 2900 mAh battery and will come in black color once it is ready for purchase.
