Floyd Mayweather Jr. recently responded to Ronda Rousey's latest punch with another money shot. But this time, the world boxing champion claimed the MMA fighter is "not Forbes material". He also stressed out that Rousey wouldn't be able to reach his current status.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. seemed to watch Ronda Rousey's anti-Mayweather video on Tuesday, where she called him illiterate and bragged that she makes more money per second than he does. In a statement issued through a TMT associate, Mayweather told TMZ Sports, "Big bank take little bank. Let's play and see how much money you got." The well- known boxer also added, "Last time I checked I was #1 on Forbes. She will never be at my status. Keep trying to get publicity."

According to HollywoodLife, this feud is far beyond just about dollars and cents, many are speculating that it's something personal between the two fighters. And it seems like there doesn't seem to be an end of the dispute sooner or later.

The drama started back in July 2015, when the MMA fighter made a shade on the boxer. She pointed out Mayweather's controversial history of domestic abuse during her speech at the 2015 ESPY Awards. The MMA woman fighter won the Best Fighter Award, beating the boxing champion. "I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once," stated Ronda. "I'd like to see you pretend to not know who I am now." Floyd had previously claimed in a 2014 interview that he had no idea who Rousey was.

In fact, when the boxing champ paid a visit to Sports Center on August 7, he dissed Rousey in an interview with ESPN. He mentioned that he's yet to see any MMA fighter make over $300 million in 36 minutes as he famously did in his fight against Manny Pacquaio. He continued by saying, "When she can do that, then call me."

In response to Mayweather's comment about her, Rousey then told TMZ Sports that she actually did the math of her earnings versus that of Mayweather's and she actually makes two to three times more per second than he does, before calling him illiterate. "When he learns to read and write, then he can text me," the fighter added.

Meanwhile, the welterweight champion of the world was very upbeat as he began promoting his next bout with Andre Berto. On the other hand, Ronda Rousey has not yet commented on the recent jab of Mayweather Jr. And now, many of the social media followers are comparing Mayweather Jr. and Rousey's feud to that of Meek Mill and Drake's dispute.
