Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin could be faking that they are no longer in a relationship in order for the media to stop prying on their relationship. This despite that J. Law was suspected to be getting back with ex-boyfriend Nicolas Hoult while Martin is reportedly keeping a relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow for the sake of their kids.

Although Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence's relationship looks like it has ended twice, there are reports that the two might have just let the public believe so. According to Inquistr, the former couple, who may be still a couple, let the public and media ride along with the idea that they have called off their engagement and they are no longer together, to shun away from the limelight. This despite that the two have not officially stated that they have called off their engagement.

Jennifer Lawrence is sometimes seen with her ex-boyfriend Nicolas Hoult especially now that they have reunited in the filming of the "X-Men Apocalypse", according to Day Herald. Martin meanwhile is reported to be keeping in touch with his wife Gwyneth Paltrow for the sake of their children though they have not been officially divorced yet. Yet, despite bonding with their exes, Martin and Lawrence have actually been seen together looking for a house in New York City. The report said J.Law plans to accommodate Martin and his two kids.

Celebrity Laundry clarifies though that J.Law was looking for a place to house her mom Karen. J.Law recently bought a condo in the Tribeca area in New York City and has reserved one room for her mom. Another problem is that J. Law's mom Karen is not in favor of Martin.

Despite all these, Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have not confirmed about calling off their engagement or about breaking up. The two have neither spoken about maintaining their relationship nor getting back together.
