Super Smash Bros. 4 Wii U 3DS Patch 1.1.0 Adds Ryu, Roy, Lucas and Mewtwo Plus COOL Mii Costumes; Balanced Gameplay, Stability Issues Addressed

Enthusiastic fans of the insanely popular Nintendo game, Super Smash Bros. 4, for both Wii U and 3DS is receiving the latest patch 1.1.0 now live to bring 4 new DLC characters, Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy and Ryu including cool Mii costume sets plus fixes on balanced gameplay as well as stability issues.  

This Super Smash Bros. 4 Wii U and 3DS new update, Patch 1.1.0 is reported by IB Times to add exciting add-ons and features including four new DLC characters, Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy and Ryu. Never before seen Mii costumes will also be available for King K. Rool, Chrom, Flying Man from the Earthbound gamers, Bear, Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia, Black Knight from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, KK Slider from the Animal Crossing games and a Samus set.

Additionally, Tournament mode and YouTube uploading, two new stages such as Peach's Castle and Hyrule Castle are also added. This latest update will require 3383 blocks of free space on Nintendo 3DS and 475MB on Wii U console and reportedly mandatory since the vids recorded with the previous version will no longer work, Tech Times reports. 

"#SmashBros update on 3 1/7: Tourney mode + Replay uploads on Wii U. New Stages + Mii Fighter costumes on #3DS & #WiiU," reads Nintendo post on Twitter. 

The full list of patch notes for both Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Wii U and 3DS versions are as follows:  

Nintendo Wii 

  • Users will be able to purchase newly added downloadable content.
  • Added Community and Regular Tournament Modes.
  • Added functionality to post replays to YouTube.
  • Adjustments have also been made for a more pleasant gaming experience.

Nintendo 3DS 

  • Users will be able to purchase newly added downloadable content.
  • Adjustments have also been made for a more pleasant gaming experience.

Super Smash Bros. 4 debuted in Japan September 2014 and succeedingly hit North America as well as other regions a month after. Since then, Nintendo has been offering more excitement to the Wii U and 3DS game version owners with the addition of items, fixes and now, the recent release of Patch 1.1.0 adding four DLC characters Mewtwo, Ryu, Roy, and Lucas plus more add-ons.
