The Barden Bellas will be back in Pitch Perfect 3! Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson are set to reprise their respective roles. The movie's release date and writer have also been confirmed while no details have been released as to the movie's director.

With two previous successful installments, Anna Kendrick who plays the lead role of Beca and Rebel Wilson as Fat Amy certainly did make the fans all excited and happy with the news of the upcoming Pitch Perfect 3.

Official details that have been revealed as of writing is that Kay Canon who also wrote the two other previous Pitch Perfect films will also write the third movie in the franchise. The crew also includes Paul Brooks under Gold Circle Entertainment as well as Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks will also be back to produce the film under Brownstone Production. Aside from that, a release date of July 21, 2017 has also been given to the movie.

Both previous films in the franchise were well-received with Pitch Perfect garnering $115. 4 million worldwide. On the other hand, Pitch perfect 2's earnings was doubled compared to the first movie grossing $259. 7 million in the box office.

While official plot or synopsis is still currently unavailable for the movie, reports have surfaced as to what fans of the franchise are hoping to see in the next movie. Fans are now curious as to what happens to Beca after she graduated. Some of the points also suggest a new development with Fat Amy and Bumper's relationship might also be good for the film.

Also, many are wondering what the next movie's story will be focused on next given that the Barden Bellas already conquered the world stage in Pitch Perfect 2.
