Star Wars: Battlefront Updates, Features New Missions and Changes in Map Capability, Multi-Player Mode Levels Revealed

On the recent Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), EA held demonstration of the Star Wars: Battlefront which shows its new missions and features.

Star Wars fans and gamers will be enjoying some new missions, features, and bonuses with the all new Star Wars: Battlefront according to an Express report. Game developer DICE reveals the new missions which include: Trial Missions, Battle Missions, Hero Battles, and Survival Missions, which would include 15 enemy waves which the player must combat against the Imperial Forces.

Luke Skywalker would be included in the Hero roster, equipped with moves such as Force Push and Saber Rush. It was also revealed that multiplayer modes include levels such as Supremacy, Fighter Squadron, Blast, Drop Zone, Cargo, and Walker Assault, which revives the Battle of Hoth experience in Star Wars Episode V.

These new modes also includes the Imperial Forces escorting AT-ATs to assault the rebel bases as the Rebel Alliance team have to counterattack and defend the base while riding Snowspeeders and momentarily calling in for Starfighter support. Players also have the choice of teaming up with co-op mode in split-screen, or through online co-op. Local co-op; however, is only available for PS4 and Xbox One while online co-op can be played in PC, PS4 and Xbox One

As reported by IGN, Patrick Bach of DICE disclosed a unique feature of the environment called the Battle Beyond. Such feature enables changes in the map while events also change in accordance to the winning team. This allows the losing team to see their status in the battle which can be crucial when one team attempts to strategize. Also, the game provides for which seems like an expanded universe with upgrades including a wider choice of races for characters, while gears and weapons will be randomly assigned at the start of the game.

With Star Wars Battlefront, players would experience a first-person shooting game, themselves being part of the Rebel Alliance in battling the Imperial Forces in the sandy desert planet of Tatooine or in the frozen planet of Hoth. The Daily Dot revealed that players are equipped with a blaster pistol as primary weapon, a grenade launcher as secondary weapon, and a jet pack. Graphics has always been impressive as rocks, vehicles and weapons seem to be photo-real, and Stormtroopers appear strikingly detailed, recreating a realistic Star Wars experience.

Star Wars Battlefront by EA will be out in the market on November 17, 2015 for North America, and November 20, 2015 for the United Kingdom, playable in PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
