The Face of an Angel, the movie which is said to be based from Amanda Knox' life, is receiving negative reviews. Meanwhile, Amanda Knox is yet to face another legal battle in Italy.

According to Daily News, the movie which was directed by Michael Winterbottom, was boring and that the audience would surely feel the same after watching it. Based from the same source, he managed to retell the famous Knox' story in a very uninteresting way. Kate Beckinsale plays a journalist in the movie following the case while Cara Delevingne played the lead.

Others think that Winterbottom created a half-baked movie. The Wrap shared The Face of an Angel didn't exactly honor the victim, which is what most have expected. For critics, the show was not able to exceed their expectation and that no climax was felt. Some people even perceived that the movie is about the director himself and his views when making movies which are based from real life events.

Meanwhile, a lot of Knox supporters are still not pleased with the movie, regardless if it focused on the murder or the struggles of journalists. Foxy Knoxy's supporters still believe that the movie is biased and that it was too far from reality. But this might be the least of Knox' current concerns as she might face another trial in the coming months.

The Sky News has recently reported that Knox will have to face Italian courts once again, this time not for murder charges, but for slander. During the initial investigations about the Meredith Kercher's case, Knox testified that a bar owner killed Kercher. However, she revealed that the police asked her to testify such. She was already convicted for slandering Patrick Lumumba, the bar owner. But her fate is yet unidentified with regard to the slander case against the Italian police.

Amanda Knox will not attend the trial and the prosecutors will only begin to call witnesses later this year.
