Joshua Stockton, Miranda Cosgrove's stalker, is in trouble for his indecent act towards the actress through - cyber stalking. He is reportedly on his big break from the hospital where he was confined for some psychiatric issues thus given a reward because of his good act; yet right after he has been rewarded, went all the way to contact Miranda Cosgrove's friends to get a chance to know the actress's whereabouts and updates.

According to TMZ, Joshua Stockton immediately went to his parents' home after he was rewarded to have some time off because of his good behavior. But a more unexpected thing happened when Joshua Stockton went cyber and started contacting Miranda Cosgrove's friends asking them information or updates about the actress.

Even if there was an order for him last October to stay 100 yards away from Miranda Cosgrove and prohibit him from contacting anyone related to the actress for the sole purpose of harassing her, Joshua Stockton was unstoppable.

The Dailymail reported that this is a one big scare for the 21-year old actress. A judge in Los Angeles has already ordered Joshua Stockton to stay away from social media to prevent contacting and harassing Miranda Cosgrove and her friends.

Now, Joshua Stockton is back in the psychiatric facility and was reminded that he is not allowed to use any form of social media. In case he pursue all of these prohibitions by the court, he will be charged to be imprisoned for 4 long years because of his stalking.
