Ronnie 2K, the unofficial Twitter spokesperson for 'NBA 2K15', started giving out locker codes and a virtual currency (VC) promotion. Players of 'NBA 2K15' can now unlock several players and can give away up to 1,000 VC points.

Because Stephen Curry won the NBA Most Valuable Player award this year, a Pink Diamond locker code was revealed in his honor - R9SA5 - QM3EQ - QR8XR - UMPQQ - 2L1AP. A big VC sale for PS3 and PS4 consoles also took place after Curry won.

A Pink Diamond locker code was also revealed for Carmelo 'Melo' Anthony. Players can enter #TH1S1SME70 to unlock the card, and get access to the Melo character. For those who want to activate special items for 'NBA 2K15' players in 'My Career' mode, you can type in:

To unlock Indiana Pacers' small forward Paul George, use 'PVUCU - 733LE - MMANE - WCB8G - TTSPT'. Gamers can also key in #2KTVPOSTSEASON and will be rewarded with 1,000 VC points.

The said points are used to purchase uniforms, upgrade MY PLAYER attributes, and buy more accessories. For those who want a little more than 1000 VC points, you can access the locker codes in the game's menu bar, under the options bar, by typing these cheats:

If you're playing under 'MyTeam game mode', the code 'NOIINTHEWORDTEAM' will add 20 contracts. Ronnie advised his followers to stay tuned to his Tweets as he promised to give away more Pink Diamond MVP locker codes.

As for other updates, because LeBron James is seen wearing his headband again in the play-offs, the change might reflect the game's aesthetic as well. Developer 2K Games advised players to simply do an update, and they'll get a more modern LeBron James character.
