The Big Bang Theory continues with Season 9 this coming fall. The CBS TV series will focus on the relationship between Sheldon and Amy and Leonard and Penny where fans will anticipate if a wedding will likely happen or not.

TWO WEDDINGS?

During the finale of The Big Bang Theory Season 8, Amy broke up with Leonard because their relationship seems to be slow-moving. Before the episode ended though, Leonard gave Amy an engagement ring and finally proposed to her. According to a report, this is where the plot will mostly revolve in Season 9. The question is, will they get married?

Another wedding is still uncertain between Leonard and Penny who in the last episode was shown heading to Las Vegas to wed. A problem occurred when Leonard admitted about kissing a girl during his research trip five years ago. A source says the show has revealed that in Season 9, the two will still be seen driving to L.A. and the issue about Leonard kissing a girl will be dealt with. The script for the first new episode though has not been started on yet. Will the two still tie the knot or not?

MORE PLOT/CAST

Another plot may also revolve on Howard's stepbrother. A report says this is still being deliberated on including the possibility of adding characters such as Leonard or Penny's father. This though is not yet final. The report added that the new season will continue to focus on the growth of the characters. What's more to this is that The Big Bang Theory will continue until Season 10.

Meanwhile, with Mayim Bialik's little exposure lately in the series, there have been speculations whether she will still be seen in Season 9 or not. A report confirmed that Bialik will still be seen. The actress was just busy with family matters that is why she was not that visible.

Now will a double wedding take place in The Big Bang Theory Season 9? What's your theory?
