Hitman: Agent 47 is slated for release this August 21, earlier than the planned premiere schedule. Recently, 20^th Century Fox also mentioned that there will be a video game to launch by the next week after the fillm will be launched on the same month. Aside from the film adaptation, there will be a comic version.

According to some sources online, they said that Hitman: Agent 47 was actually based from the video game series, now turned into a comic and film adaptation to arrive this year. 

They also revealed that the production decided that they have to move the movie premiere a bit earlier than the pre-planned schedule. There was no direct affirmation about the reason behind this decision; however, since they also planned to release the video game update on that same month, perhaps, this is also the main reason why they have to move it from the initial decision.

The upcoming Hitman movie will be starred by Rupert Friend, Kirsten Stewart, and more under the 20^th Century Fox productions this August 21.

The Hitman video series is a "stealth video game series" under a Danish game development team, IO Interactive" published since the year 2000. The game was published under Square Enix and Eidos Interactive in different platforms, primarily in PC then followed by PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One consoles.

Due to its undeniably stunning gameplay, it was then derived to a comic adaptation to arrive this year also. Like the upcoming film, the plot was entirely taken from the video game series that was revolved around the story of the Hitman, the protagonist, whose core objective is to kill assigned targets in each level in the gameplay.

There will be different options to make by each player for the game in order to successfully assassinate or slaughter targets in order to succeed in the task. This will also follow the same for the two adaptations.

Meanwhile, with regards to the exact date of release of Hitman: Agent 47 release dates, only the film premiere was stated. This will be this August 21. Yet, for the comic adaptation, there was no exact launching date stated for Hitman: Agent 27 comic adaptation as of the moment.
