As the release of the "Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 2 nears, spoilers of the upcoming chapter surfaced in the net. A leak by a source named Organic Dinosaur reportedly confirmed that Sarada is the MC of the "Naruto Gaiden", with Boruto as the MC in the "Boruto Movie."

The source also revealed that the "Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" Chapter 2 will be called "The Boy with Sharingan", coupled with a statement: "a mysterious sign," and "it's impossible to hide something in front of this man's eyes." Further, it spilled info that a blonde haired Uchiha is coming, as well as the info that Sasuke Uchiha was "fighting Akatsuki the whole time." This seems to be the reason why Sasuke was away from Konoha for a very long time.

Hence, regardless how the story would play out in upcoming chapters, it seems to give us a strong hint that Sarada is basically Sasuke and Sakura's daughter when the "Naruto Gaiden: The Seventh Hokage" approaches its final episode.
