Damien calls Sam consulting on his Jake Barnes case. The Jackal will be telling her on Carly's suspicions and the mystery man who was talking "business" with Hayden Barnes. All intrigue aside, Sam will ask what proof Damien has that Jake and Hayden aren't wedded.

Fast forward to Damien and Carly tossing Hayden and Jake's Metro Court hotel room, looking for proof. Hayden goes crying "armed men" to Jake after walking in to their hotel room and seeing masked people. The question is, was it just Carly and Damien undercover or was it Duke Lavery's crew looking to take out Jake?

Another interesting gossip piece - "General Hospital" rumor has it, Avery turning-up once more, with a bruise and a band aid. Did Silas Clay steal the baby & take bone marrow to save Ava? Is that why Silas knocked her out with medication Ava thought was shortening her life? Perhaps he faked doing Ava in to shoot her up with Avery's bone marrow cells...

Nikolas will get Lulu's message that cousin Valerie Spencer needs a place to crash. However, Lulu just wants Valerie out of her house now that she caught Val cooking and hugging on hubby Dante. Of course it was innocent, but when it comes to guarding her turf, Lulu can be a real b**ch.

Nikolas can't afford to ostracize anyone, knowing, once Jake's truth breaks loose, he's going to be in dire trouble with a lot of Port Charles, so he needs to build good will while he can. Not only will Nikolas take Valerie in at Wyndemere, he'll even give her a job. This will set Valerie up for a nice long stint in Port Charles, will it interfere Nikolas' sexy time Hayden?
