Call of Duty Black Ops 3 started to get the attention of gamers with mysterious trailers and teasers that hide cryptic messages and clues that hints pieces of the story for this upcoming game. Activision and Treyarch have been successful in the Black Ops series that many are hoping it will continue the legacy of Call of Duty.

Revealed Story plot hints

As of the moment, the main reveals are coordinates that are embedded discreetly on the game's first official trailer hints of possible in-game locations.

First of these coordinates (1.300 N, 103.8000 E) points to Tanglin Halt Road in Singapore. The road is one of the main thoroughfares of Tanglin Halt. This neighborhood is the location of the iconic Chup Lau Chu, which are rows of 10-storey residential buildings developed by the government's housing project. The rows of buildings are also pictured in the Singaporean one dollar note.

Next of these coordinates (30.0500 N, 31.2333 E ) points to a bridge over the Nile river, which is the 6^th of October Bridge commemorating the start of the Yom Kippur War of 1973 with operation Badr, Egypt's plan to capture the Suez Canal from Israeli forces starting the war.

The last of these coordinates (47.3667 N, 8.5500 E) points to 10 Kreuzbuehl St, which is Gefangnis, Zurich. This is a prison located in Zurich, Switzerland.

Though it doesn't specify whether there are time travel sequences in Call of Duty Black Ops 3, it is a certain possibility, especially as time traveled has already been explored in the last title.

Snapchat teasers

Aside from location hints, much of the story plot is vividly portrayed in short cryptic videos narrated by apparently Dr. Salim detailing his disturbing mind experiments. A series of snapchat videos were released to fans culminating with the mysterious trailer. These small videos hint mind-alteration experiments that aim to add fabricated memories to its test subjects.

It could be presumed that one part of the story is the protagonist or antagonist undergoing such an experiment. Though the locations and how it will fit into the mind experiment plots is still a mystery, many are hoping that come April 26, 2015, the mystery will finally end as the game will be finally revealed to everyone, everywhere.
