After a long wait, Motorola will finally release the much awaited Nexus 5 2015 edition in the 4th quarter of this year. After Motorola released Nexus 6, which turned out to be a flop, they will now come out with the new and improved Nexus 5.

The nexus 6 flopped due to its increased 6 inch screen and it was pricey compared to other phones in its class. The reason people buy nexus line devices is that they are affordable with up to date hardware. There wasn't much improvement with the camera feature either. It was just the same as the old nexus 5.

The new Nexus 5 will have a 5-inch display with 4-k display.Aside from that, it will also have a 13 mp camera and a 5mp front camera with ois. The image will also be enhanced with an improved image processing ability. Google will most likely announce the release of the new nexus during their conference on May 28.

When they came out with the 5.0 lollipop, there were a lot of bugs like wifi non-connectivity. This is the reason why they decided to come out with the new Nexus 6 Android 5.1 lollipop update to clean it of all the bugs and other malfunctions. The new Android 5.1 lollipop will not only fix the bugs but also has an improved RAM and longer battery life. The quick settings feature also makes it more simple and accessible fornthe user. The best feature is it now has a silent mode which the 5.0 simply did not have.

As for the release, a few weeks ago they said it would be a few weeks so it should be sometime soon. People should be patient as it could take weeks for Google to release the Nexus 6 Android 5.1 lollipop update. It should hit the market within the next month or so.
