Kingdom Hearts 3, one of the most highly anticipated games from Square Enix, has yet to announce the game's definite release date. The action role-playing game was set to arrive for PS4 and Xbox One. Despite confirming that the game is undergoing development still, game developers have admitted to experiencing troubles with Kingdom Heart 3's image processing. Reports have claimed that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be very unlikely to arrive for this year, 2015.

The game's director, Tetsuya Nomura elaborately addressed the delay of the game and stated that, "The Kingdom Hearts team is currently too busy with other projects such as Final Fantasy Versus XIII to work on Kingdom Hearts III. They are doing research concerning the high-definition graphics of the game, and depending on the technical requirements of the next generation consoles, Kingdom Hearts III may see a release on existing platforms."  

Nomura explained as well that as for Kingdom Hearts 3 being under construction, the development team is not satisfied with the current look of the game. The director also claimed that they are still working on revamping the game's visuals and quality. Additionally, he revealed that Kingdom Hearts 3 is set to have a brush-like visual style. 

Kingdom Hearts 3 is the 8^th installment of the highly anticipated Kingdom Hearts crossover action role-playing video game series. Originally published by Square Enix, Kingdom Hearts 3 will be the first installment in the series to be released on more than one console. It is also the 3^rd  game in the beloved RPG series and it showcases the protagonist Sora who sets forth on an adventure with Mickey, Donald and Goofy through new and legendary Disney worlds.

The first installment of the Kingdom Hearts series arrived on the PS2 in March 2002 and garnered an average score of 86.40% on GameRankings. By 2006, over 5.6 million copies of the game had already been sold. It was in early 2013 that Square Enix announced the development of Kingdom Hearts 3.

Taking into account the lack of production, the game's complete visual overhaul, and Kingdom Heart 3's absence from the 2014 Square Enix lineup, it seems unapparent that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be arriving some time this 2015.
