Gran Turismo 7 was rumored along with the release of Gran Turismo 6 in 2013. However, despite being idealized to be making a public appearance in the year after, Gran Turismo 7 is still yet to be unraveled. Moreover, there is still no specific date as to when it will come to the PS4, the only console where the game will have an appearance.

Though, the creator of the popular game did assure people that it will be coming anytime soon. Moreover, the developers are now only ironing out a few minor game details, including the title, in which the game may be released this 2015 or 2016. Furthermore, news about features and improvements are also scarce about the upcoming game.

However, interviews with the creator did drop hints as to what gamers may be looking forward including audio and graphic improvements. Moreover, since the game is being designed only for the PS4, developers no longer need to balance the graphics between two consoles making the visuals more dedicated and natural.

Despite improvements with the graphics, Gran Turismo 7 will be running on the same physics engine with the prior version, Gran Turismo 6. Although, it is promised that the in-game experience will be far better.

Also, the main selling point of the game are its vast vehicle choices in which the standard cars will stay. In addition, commercially new vehicles will be added including some new GT Vision cars. However, there is still no full list of all the in-game vehicles.

Gran Turismo 7 is set to compete with Driveclub to be PS4's franchise racing game. Moreover, it is likely that the upcoming game will easily take the position considering its vast vehicle choices and real racing atmosphere especially that there have been a lot of negative reactions with Driveclub's penalty system when cutting corners and bumping with cars.
