One of the best movie marketing strategies is to make sure that the people are kept interested by bits of pieces of information while not giving too much away. When it comes to this aspect, Warner Brothers is perfectly handling 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.' Although the epic superhero blockbuster is still a year away, fans of the upcoming film are already teased with what to expect.

Everybody who has been following 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' has already seen images of Henry Cavill in his updated Superman outfit, Ben Affleck in his Dark Knight suit (which still looks badass even with the "tiny" ears), Gal Gadot's "WONDERful" amazonian armor, and Jason Momoa as the King of Atlantis, weilding his terrifying trident. The only thing missing though (aside from the long-awaited trailer), is a glimpse at Jesse Eisenberg as the villanous Lex Luthor.

The good news is, Warner Brothers has just released an image of Eisenberg in his Luthor persona via Entertainment Weekly, according to a post by ComingSoon.net. The report also contained an interview with director Zack Snyder, where he described how Eisenberg was going to play the role:

"He's not any of the Lexes that you've seen, that's for sure. Other than him being a captain of industry and one person to the world and another person to himself. And bald, of course....Our Lex is disarming and he's not fake. He says what he believes and he says what's on his mind. If you can unravel the string and decipher what he means, it's all there."

Snyder may be right indeed. Eisenberg's appearance as the titular villain in the black and white photo looks really cool. He may be no Bryan Cranston, but by the looks of it, Eisenberg might probably nail the character and introduce the world to a Lex Luthor that nobody has ever seen before. This first look at Eisenberg as Luthor may help lessen the criticism that he has received since it was announced that he was going to play the villain in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.

'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' opens in theaters on March 25, 2016.
