The new 2015 MacBook Pro laptop had just been released and another 2015 MacBook Pro is set on a release before 2015 ends, this time it is reported to have Intel's Skylake processor for a more efficient overall system performance.

Although it remains a mere word in the rumor mill to be taken with a pinch of salt, fresh prediction for Intel's reported latest processor Skylake will hit the next MacBook Pro device as the chip manufacturer is on the verge of pushing its brand to the limit. Skylake processor will be the first ever 14nm chip developed by Intel and is expected to replace the 20nm Broadwell chip. Skylake processors is part of Intel's 5th Generation Intel® CoreTM processors which will run on the Z170 chipset based motherboards.

The chance for Skylake to hit the next-generation MacBook Pro points the chip's release in summer and the device's launch in autumn. Thus, Apple is said to take advantage first of Intel's latest development.

Skylake will help MacBook primarily in the speed process to become more faster with least battery usage. However, the chip is slated to bring about myriad other features which will compel Apple to also give MacBook Pro a major makeover.

According to Intel, Skylake is the largest design jump for over a decade and will be far away better than Broadwell. Intel is the second tech firm to manufacture a 14nm chip, which was first debuted by Samsung Electronics. MacBook Pro is deemed a revolutionary device for its integrated Skylake chip as it is much smaller than Broadwell in terms of architecture.

According to WCCFTech, Skylake processors's production is still underway and will be available during the IDF 2015 in Shenzen, China on April 8 and 9, 2015.

Despite reports of its ultra-promising performance, WWCFTech noted: "While the processors are meant to offer an upgrade to the current desktop parts, they are not going to be a high-performance capable chip like the Devil's Canyon which was built to handle higher overclocks and featured faster clock speeds."

The site furthered that "the sole intention of the new processors is to offer better performance to Mini-PCs and All-In-Ones with the latest BGA and LGA parts."

Game developers will benefit from the said chip "to create immersive games building on new technologies with multi-user multi-touch, virtual and augmented reality, and RealSense." Intel is also helping define and support new programming models, as well as carrying better, world-class developer tools.
