'Eye Candy' Season 2 renewal could happen. If you are wondering about cancellation, this may be impossible to happen after the show's creator spilled some beans about the things that fans are going to expect in the upcoming season.

Via TV Line, show creator Christian Taylor has confirmed that they are working on an "Eye Candy" season 2. He also dropped some major hints on what fans can expect in the show's upcoming season.

"[Laughs] I'm not going to tell you anything! No, there's going to be a big conspiracy that we'll explore next season about why her sister did that. And I'll say one thing: It will be linked to their father," Taylor explained the shocking twist that Sara has been trying to protect Lindy all along, and what is going to happen in the upcoming season.

Another question that many were left wondering about was the status of Lindy's close relationships, especially the one with Tommy. Taylor revealed that the writers and producers are planning on how to take Lindy and Tommy's relationship further. He said that they were going to explore more in their chemistry.

"There's an olive branch that's been extended to him, and it's one of my favorite scenes when he says, 'I'm sorry' to her at the end. It's really moving. I'm excited to explore their relationship if we get a second season."

But when asked if the two will ever get together romantically, Taylor teased that they are still unsure if Lindy and Tommy will eventually get together.

Since its debut Eye Candy has been struggling to pull in substantial ratings, Headline Planet reported that the show's season finale drives viewership gain, at least a little.

It was shown that the episode 10 or the season finale got 0.54 million views compared to its previous episode's 0.52 million.

However, MTV has yet to make an official announcement on whether the cyber-stalker drama, "Eye Candy" will be cancelled or renewed for season 2.
