Ensuring the quality in the overall experience was priority one for the developers of the Tom Clancy novel turned third party shooting game, "The Division." This was the statement released by Ubisoft updating the fans about the impending release of the new installment on the Tom Clancy franchise.

However, a Facebook post from the game developer might give a hint as to when the game would be released. In the Facebook post, the fans were teased about the release of two games both from the Tom Clancy franchise on 2015, among the games mentioned was "The Division. The fans were also asked these games they are most excited for.

Earlier on 2013, Ubisoft made a statement that they have started developing "The Division," which was expected to be released on 2014. However, the game did not make the cut as the developers explained that the project has been a "lifetime opportunity" that they do not want to waste. They added that they wanted to release a game the they would "surely be proud of." On that note, the developers updated their statement and were now pushing for a 2015 release on several consoles - Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

"The Division" would be the newest member of the Red Storm Entertainment family founded by the late novelist Tom Clancy. The game would also be the first in a new series that would feature the new Snowdrop engine intended for the latest gaming consoles.

However, a source within the game development team revealed that the 2015 release might be a long shot as they still have not yet perfected some of the game's components. On a lighter side, the source added that the developers have been pouring in additional resources to make the game great for the anticipating players and longtime Tom Clancy fans.

The game's storyline would follow a member of "The Division" whose mission was to avert further disaster after a pandemic swept across New York City.
