The latest updates concerning the possibilities of 'Hart of Dixie' to conclude the series by a surprising cancellation may all still be theoretical. Thus, all uncertainties came from the actors, themselves.

As what fans of Bluebell merely expect, there are still hopes for the highly anticipated comedy-drama to be renewed for another season. Basing on what Wilson Bethel and Scott Porter divulged on their social media accounts previously, they are debatably plausible to say goodbye on their roles.

Bethel, previously, tweeted about his gratitude of portraying his character - Wade Kinsella. Meantime, an Instagram post from Porter revealed him, Bethel and Cress William's bleakness. He captioned the photo, "And that's a wrap on the #3Amigos. Love these dudes. Proud of these dudes. #TearsWereShed #RealMenCry #HartOfDixie."

However, all these may be unacceptable and many fans are so frenzy of having the series air for another season. Many are, nonetheless, dangled with the romance between Rachel Bilson's character, Zoe, and Wade Kinsella.

Having this said, Yahoo TV had an exclusive interview with Bethel and Porter, who both addressed their uncertainties and the show's potential to air its final season.

"There seemed to be indications that maybe potentially this could be the last season... Storywise, it started to kind of feel in that way," Bethel reveals. "In terms of some of the hullaballoo around certain tweets that were sent, it was basically preparing for that possibility."

Adding to his statement, Porter clarified that the network has not announced anything so far and there are chances that 'Hart of Dixie' will pursue.

"We aren't canceled. We haven't gotten a phone call from anybody at the network. But, if this was the end, then I think we all wanted to just pay it its proper due," Porter, who plays George Tucker, said. "It was a beautiful moment in time and we all wanted to make sure that people knew just how much this all meant to us."

In addition, he disclosed that Rachel Bilson's pregnancy is the only reason why the Season 4 will only be consisting of 10 episodes in total. "The reason we only shot 10 episodes is really because Rachel Bilson is going to have her first little baby, and there's no Hart of Dixie without the Hart," he insisted.

In parts, he added, "I would love to come back and be a part of Bluebell again - and there's a chance - but we really need the support of the fans to be able to come back."

"If people don't watch, then shows don't come back, so we just need a little help."

Surprisingly, despite the show's astonishing story arc, the ratings had been regressing since its first season, which garnered 0.40 million viewers more than Season 3's recorded figures.

To add some buzz, Bethel has landed a role on ABC's "The Astronaut Wives" as Scott Carpenter. He may be part of the series regulars, but TV Line had already confirmed that his schedule wouldn't affect his 'Hart of Dixie' schedule, if ever the show pursues.

Most likely, 'Hart of Dixie' has a lot of potential to come back and air another season, as fans keep their hopes high for The CW's renewal announcements. Do you want to witness another season? Share why do you love the show below.
