Miley Cyrus seems to have taken her breakup with Liam Hemsworth pretty hard.

At least, that's what Fashion & Style is saying about the "Wrecking Ball" singer. In fact, the latest rumors involve Cyrus pursuing a few underhanded methods to win back her ex-boyfriend- that's how desperate she is to get him back.

Here's what she's been (allegedly) up to. Apparently, the singer has been trying to make amends with Hemsworth's family, in order to get Hemsworth to like her once again.

Classicalite has a quote from a source very close to the Hemsworth family (originally published in a print edition of OK! Magazine) about Cyrus's attempts to win Hemsworth back through his parents and siblings.

"Luke and Sam [Liam's brother and his brother's wife] feel sorry for [Miley]. She tugged at their heartstrings, asking to see their kids, who all adore 'Auntie Miley'...[Liam] knows Miley would do anything to get back together...He thinks they're giving her false hope."

As well, a piece in Film-News.co.uk attests that nearly all of Cyrus's recent behavior- the antics, the skimpy outfits, the twerking- has been a cry for attention just to win back her ex.

Here's what their own sources claim.

"Her recent controversial behavior - the barely there outfits, partying until the early hours and posting topless photographs online - has all been a desperate bid to get Liam's attention," said a source close to Cyrus.

"She thinks that by acting out he'll take notice of her again. Everything she does is a cry for attention."
