On seven long years, and counting, of ceaseless Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito trials, there are extensive points that may lead them to either conviction or acquittal. Next year, Meredith Kercher's murder case will be presented to Italy's Highest Court - Court of Cassation -- in Rome.

Raffaele Sollecito previously graduated at Verona University in Verona, Italy after passing his thesis subjected to his innocence on the November 1 nightmare. Meantime, Amanda Knox and new boyfriend Colin Sutherland, an aspiring rocker, were seen on a beach passionately kissing and holding hands. They, nonetheless, are living their normal lives before heading to Rome sometime on 2015.

Evidences that have divided conclusions from both defense and prosecution teams and supporters include the footprints, the kitchen knife and the bra clasp. These key evidences lead them to either verdict.

Earlier this year, Amanda Knox stated that speculations point them - including ex-boyfriend Sollecito - to being convicted. However, she said that evidences are vivid enough that saves them. "Right now me and Raffaele are fighting for innocence," she strongly spoke to CNN. "It's only speculation that convicts us. It's evidence that acquits us."

To draw another disposition, there may be a possibility that Amanda Knox's case may be separated from Raffaele Sollecito's. "They are not Siamese twins -- one body with two heads," Giulia Bongiorno speaks up on the same press.

"By necessity, he has to distance himself and his case from Amanda and her case," John Kelly, Sollecito's lawyer adds.

At some point, Knox's image may be affecting Sollecito. On the contrary, the two are currently victims of this nightmare - whether they are innocent or guilty. Previously, they spoke up describing their life as 'hell' after the case propelling them to "something they did not do, something they are so much accused".

On the same press interview, the Italian divulged that he asked Amanda why she stayed on the shower room for too long, in which he did not get an official answer. However, he stated that ""I'm not saying that Amanda is responsible for all this situation, but they focus on her and they accuse her all the time, but I have nothing to do with all these circumstances and all these accusations," he clarified.

Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito's images are currently tracked by people. Whether they are innocent or guilty, as long as the court hasn't spoken, allegations and speculations would not be abolished.
