'Supernatural' Season 10 brings back the immense mysteries behind Winchester brothers - we are talking about Sam and Dean. After Dean becoming a demon, what is next for The CW highly anticipated series? A released trailer gives hint.

Dean (portrayed by Jensen Ackles) has, unfortunately, became a demon, which speculations believe due to the Mark of Cain he has within him. His darkest nightmare would evidently revolve on the upcoming season.

The video begins featuring Dean waking up with his fully turned black eyes and Sam's search. "I like disease," Dean says as he enjoys the power he has. According to TV Line, this penchant of Dean is somehow enraging and distracting, basing on what Ackles announced during the previous Comic-Con event, himself.

Episode 1 begins with a night of karaoke, featuring Dean singing Atlanta' Rhythm Section's "Imaginary Lover", as reported by the site. Sam, then, yearns for help and searched for Cole (played by the 38-year old actor Travis Aaron Wade) to help him capture his menacing brother.

On the past season, Castiel, eventually, evolved into his human form and went on an adventure to search for his own Metatron. Meanwhile, he would find his way to seek Dean as well. What might his role be in abolishing the Winchester's power and will he be removing the Mark of Cain?

Meanwhile, Crowley, played by Mark Sheppard, the longest recurring antagonist of the Winchesters, aims to have the demon as a captive and says, their tandem would be the "the perfect Hell". What do you think will arise after this? Can Castiel, Sam and Cole get Dean back before Crowley brainwashes Dean?

The official synopsis reads, "The road to recovering the wayward Dean takes Sam down dark paths with consequences that will shake the boys to their core."

"Supernatural" Season 10 premieres on Tuesday, October 7, at 9/8c only on CW.
