Jennifer Lawrence will be seen in a public event again. However, the recently announced appearance of the "Hunger Games" star who was talked about because of her leaked photos will not be until next year.

According to IB Times, Lawrence is scheduled for a May 2015 appearance to co-host the Metropolitan Museum of Art's 2015 gala. The event, which has the theme "Chinese Whispers: Tales of the East in Art, Film and Fashion," will be co-hosted by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer, Gong Li, and Wendi Murdoch.

Lawrence's participation in the promotion of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1," which will be out on November 21, is still awaiting announcement from Lionsgate.

Though the actor seems to be taking her time, Lawrence seems to be slowly getting back to the swing of things after being allegedly seen with rumored boyfriend out for a date.

E! Online also talks of the actor being in a video for Dior's campaign. According to the article, the video has Lawrence talking about being a strong woman. In the actor's own words: "A powerful woman is someone who exudes confidence and can be tough but fair and kind."

Mail Online relays that this is Lawrence's fourth campaign for Dior. For the campaign, the star is seen in a variety of black pantsuits and different colored "Be Dior" flap bags.

Although Lawrence's own voice has not been heard speaking about the leaked photo scandal, her lawyers and friends have been quick to take her side. According to ET Canada, "Hunger Games" co-star Josh Hutcherson has expressed his opinion on the matter. "I haven't talked to her but I just think all that stuff is so ridiculous," said Hutcherson. The actor added: "We are actors, we didn't get into this because we wanted scandal. We want to live our lives and be actors."
