Things are tough right now for Teresa Giudice of "Real Housewives of New Jersey." She and her husband, Joe Giudice, have pleaded guilty to bank fraud, mortgage fraud, and a host of other charges, all of which will, no doubt, would seriously impact their family. And making matters worse (or better, perhaps, depending on how you view reality TV), the Guidices will be airing the legal grievances all over an upcoming episode of "Real Housewives."

Enstarz has the story and a clip from Bravo, which is a preview to the upcoming episode and the Giudice family drama as they approach their sentencing date for those many, many crimes.

As tough as it appears, the family continues to stay in high spirits. According to RadarOnline, the Giudices remain "confident" that they'll be avoiding prison time entirely. Here's what their sources had to say about the "Real Housewives" family:

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to prison because she is a mother of four girls," said a source for Radar Online. "Teresa is planning on saying she just went along with whatever her husband Joe gave her to sign, and never paid attention to the details. Lawyers for the couple will ask for leniency and probation for both, with no jail time. Teresa is very positive that the United States Justice Department won't recommend that she go to jail either. She is very eager to review what prosecutors are asking for. Of course, the judge will have the final say."

From that, it kind of sounds like Teresa is planning to throw her husband under the bus. We'll see how that develops.

But the family does seem to be staying positive. Classicalite reports that the family was recently caught having some fun with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Hopefully that'll take everyone's minds off the potential jail time to come.

Watch the video below- complete with reaction from many Giudice family members over this long-battled legal drama.
