Jennifer Lopez has recently posted a beautiful selfie on her birthday weekend on her Instagram account.

The photo, captioned "Soaking it all in... #birthdaygirl #itsmyparty #quietbeforethestorm," shows Lopez relaxing in a bathtub with flower petals. 

According to reports, Lopez had some spa treatment with best friend Leah Remini ("King of Queens") before partying in the Hamptons. The guest list, of course, was filled with stars. The reported people in attendance were Kelly Ripa, Andie Cohen, Fat Joe, French Montana, and Khloe Kardashian. Lopez's mother Lupe and sister Linda were also present. 

Following the photo is another stunning photo of the "America Idol" host. "Let the games begin! #itsmyparty #funtimes #birthdaygirl #aintnuthingbutanumber," she captioned another selfie--but this time she's all dressed up, looking all glamorous and ready for her big day. 

NY Daily News reported that the menu for the special night was Mediterranean/Greek. There was also a 4-foot-long birthday cake that has an image of Lopez riding a lion.

E! News reported a source as saying that after a fancy dinner, the birthday girl and her guests went to the dance floor. "No one danced more than Jennifer. She barely sat down all night! Of course, the DJ played some of her hits. She was really tearing it up, dancing until the very end."

Reports also said that "Dancing With the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the man who Lopez is rumored to be dating, also joined the festivities. 

In an earlier interview, Chmerkovskiy has denied the dating allegations. "With the Jennifer thing, look, we're friends and ... we're friends. This is it. This is where it ends, pretty much," he said.

Remini also said in an interview that the "I Luh Ya Papi" singer and the dance champion are not an item. 

The two reportedly took off separately. Chmerkovskiy left the party at around 3 a.m., and Lopez left at 4 a.m. 

J.Lo's most recent post, also a selfie, shows that she's chopped off some of her curly locks. She said that she was on her way to Los Angeles to work.
