Even though Kevin Love is set to become a free agent on 2015, almost every team in the NBA are exploring every possible angle to acquire the all-star power forward this summer. Who wouldn't? Kevin Love is a franchise player and arguably the best power forward in the NBA today. And when he publicly ranted that he will not resign with the Timberwolves next year when he becomes a free agent, it instantly sent ripples in the NBA sending teams into a frenzy.

One franchise who are hoping that they can land the Minnesota big man is the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team has a rising star and already one of the best point guards in the NBA today even at a tender age in Kyrie Irving along with several young talented players like Dion Waiters and the No.1 pick in this years draft Andrew Wiggins who could potentially become a super star in the league.

This impressive display of raw talent from the Cleveland squad, however, apparently did not impress Love as a report from Adrian Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports revealed that Kevin Love will refuse to resign with the Cavs if he was to be traded for the No.1 pick, killing the talks for a possible deal.

You can't blame Love for doing it, though, because the reason why he wants out in Minnesota was for a chance at playing in the playoffs for a conteder for the rest of his career. If he moves to Cleveland, who has yet to see playoff action after LeBron's departure, then he will be in the same situation as he was with the Timberwolves.

Trade discussion between the Cavs and Twolves for Love, however, have been set in motion once again after the draft but Love made a hard condition. The Cavs need to find a way to bring back LeBron  for the deal to be successful as Chris Broussard of ESPN reported that:

"Source who spoke with KLove says he would definitely "100 pct" stay in Cleveland long term if LeBron is there."

But what if the Cavs land a guy like Lance Stephenson instead, would Love still consider signing long term to the team if he was traded? No one is sure if it will be enough for Love but he clearly wants LeBron which is a difficult scenario for Cleveland given that LeBron hasn't made a hint on whether or not he will be looking to play elsewhere outside of Miami.

But if it will happen, it would surely be a dream come true for Cleveland fans seeing LeBron reunited with the Cavs once again playing alongside Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.
