Nexus 6 surfaced once following reports about Chromium website listing the device. Likewise, the Google I/O is coming up laying down possibilities of the handset announcement. What can people expect?

1. Improved Camera

-Nowadays, people love taking pictures of almost everything, ranging from their meals, pets, selfies, and just random things that they see everyday. The phone will reportedly feature a 13 megapixel camera, with advanced manual controls and settings for more personalized picture taking and optical image stabilization. The result of this would be more precise, beautiful, and clear cut pictures. It will also feature a 5 megapixel front camera and a 4k video recorder for Skype calls, video conferencing, etc.

2. Water and dust resistance

-Technological giants like Google do not like lagging behind the competition (Apple, Samsung, HTC). Samsung has already released their Galaxy S5 with water resistant features. By going with the latest trend in the smart phone world, the Nexus 6 might just feature a dust resistant and "water resistant for 30 minutes under 1 meter" feature.

3. Finger print sensor

-The most recently released smart phones like the iPhone 5S and the Galaxy S5 featuring finger print sensors, the Google Nexus 6 might add that feature to the smart phone as well. With the screen going bigger, and the competition featuring this, this seems like a sensible move according to PC Advisor.

4. Battery

-Most of the complaints about all the smart phones are regarding the short battery life because of all the features and applications that the phones have. A good battery life will certainly give Google the advantage over other smart phones. The Nexus 5 received many negative reviews due to its low battery life, but an update was released to fix it. Sadly, not much has changed. The Nexus 6, on the other hand, will reportedly graduate from the Nexus 5's 2300 mAh battery, and will carry either a 3000 mAh or 3200 mAh battery.

The device will also reportedly come with 5.5-inch display and anti-theft capabilities. Google has not made an official announcement yet.
