HereO has made a GPS watch that can help parents monitor the location of kids between 3 and 8 years of age, wrote TechCrunch.

According to GigaOM, the watch has a kid-friendly design and an adjustable strap. It is also made of durable and water resistant material, the report said.

The HereO watch comes with a SIM card and GPS that lets parents track the exact location of their kids using the company's website or its mobile app. It also has a panic alert that can be purposefully triggered when in danger. Additionally, parents can set the gadget to send an alert when their kid goes beyond a pre-set safety zone, GigaOM detailed.

The London firm has launched a crowdfunding for the watch via IndieGoGo. The device will go on sale for $149 with the app subscription fee set at $5 per month. Those who will support the crowdfunding campaign, however, can have the watch for $99, TechCrunch reported.
