Dental Select has announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, Brent Williams, has become the full owner of the company. Williams has purchased 100% of the company's remaining shareholder stock, according to Business Wire.

Dental Select, a 25-year-old firm, provides dental, AD&D, and vision benefits to individuals, groups, and families in the US. The organization also sells dental and vision plans in more than 20 American states. Established by Williams in a small apartment in 1989, the company has now grown from having two to 93 employees. The private dental administrator is presently based in Salt Lake City, Utah and serves over 5,600 customer groups, the report detailed.

Brent Williams has been an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2004, 2006, and 2007. He currently sits on the board of Salt Lake's Chamber of Commerce. Williams is also a chairman of the board for dental program Sealants for Smiles, Business Wire reported.
