Ahead of the deadline to pay the $454 million New York fraud fine, Donald Trump has vowed to take the fight on the ruling out of New York Attorney General Letitia James' case up to the US Supreme Court if necessary.

Trump, who is appealing and requesting a stay on his civil fraud judgment, must post the bond by Monday.

Donald Trump Vows to Fight New York Civil Fraud Case Up to the Supreme Court

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Donald Trump criticized New York Judge Arthur Engoron and Letitia James for their roles in the case.

The presumptive GOP presidential candidate, who vowed to fight the judgment through the court system, accused the two of being biased against him and suggested that Engoron "openly and hostilely disrespects the decision of the appellate division, which ruled in my favor."

"Hopefully, they will set the record straight - he has already been overturned four times on this case... A record," Trump told Fox News Digital.

"I'll fight this all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary... They can't take away your property before you've had a chance to appeal the decision of a Trump-hating, incompetent judge who has been overturned more than any judge in the state," he added.

Trump also claimed that businesses are fleeing New York "because they don't want this to happen to them." James has vowed to "get Trump" and threatened to start seizing the former president's assets and properties if he fails to post the $454 million bond on Monday.

Donald Trump Claims He Has Half a Billion Dollars in Cash

Donald Trump also said he has $500 million in cash and other properties earning massive amounts of money, with very little debt, if any.

However, Trump told the outlet: "That doesn't mean I'm going to give money to a rogue and incompetent judge - the puppet of a corrupt attorney general who's failing with violent crime and migrant crime and whose only purpose in life is attempting to get Trump," referring to Engoron and James.

According to Daily Mail, James had already made her first move to seize Trump's properties in Westchester County. She formally registered judgments in the county, where the former president has two properties just north of Manhattan, on March 6.

On Monday, Trump's attorneys asked the appeals court to pause the judgment before James started the process of seizing the former president's assets to cover the judgment if he fails to pay on Monday.

Trump's legal team said the refusal of over 30 firms to underwrite the nearly half-a-billion dollar appeal bond has proven that a bond in the judgment's full amount is a "practical impossibility."

However, James maintained that Trump should be able to secure the bond through several sureties or offer his real estate holdings as collateral. Trump's legal team has countered this argument, saying in a letter to the Appellate Division of New York's Supreme Court filed Thursday that James' efforts are "unconstitutional."
