'Madam Secretary' Season 2 Spoilers: Scandal' star Kate Burton to guest star; What happens next in 'The Greater Good'?

'Scandal cast member Kate Burton will officially make a guest appearance in "Madam Secretary" Season 2 Episode 13 while Tim Daly recently admitted that he has a crush on Ethel Kennedy. Also, the official synopsis for episode 10 has been released.

"Scandal" actress Kate Burton is set to appear in "Madam Secretary" Season 2. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kate Burton is set to make a guest appearence in the 13th episode of the series, entitled as "Invasive Space".

Burton will be portraying the character of Maureen Ryan, a married mother of 3 and the prickly sister of Henry (Tim Daly). The 58-year-old Swiss born Welsh-American actress also played a role in "127 Hours", "Rescue Me", "The Practice", and "Law & Order".

On the other hand, Tim Daly shared that in real life, he is friends with Kerry and Bobby Kennedy. With that being said, Daly admitted to People that the 87-year-old Ethel Kennedy is his crush. Tim Daly was spotted at the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights' Ripple of Hope Awards gala in New York City for a mini-reunion of the Kennedys.

As for the official plot for episode 10 of Season 2 Spoilers Guide notes,  "After they uncover a secret that could ruin Russian premier Maria Ostrov's (Angela Gots) reputation, Elizabeth McCord (Tea Leoni) and President Conrad Dalton (Keith Carradine) head to Switzerland to meet with her and use the information as leverage to find a peaceful solution to the escalated conflict with Russia. Also, Dmitri Petrov (Chris Petrovski) requests to be released from his duties as a spy."

"Madam Secretary" Season 2 Episode 10 is entitled as "The Greater Good". The forthcoming episode is set to air this Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. exclusively on CBS. "Madam Secretary" is an American political drama TV series created by Barbara Hall and executively produced by Lori McCreary and Morgan Freeman.
