Sony Computer Entertainment, creator of the gaming console giant, PS4, showcased the latest prototype of the head-mount virtual reality display device, the Playstation VR, at the recent G-Start 2015 global game show.

Ciol further adds that along with the display of the VR device, some titles that will be coming with the release of the headset are Bandai Namco's romance game "Summer Lesson" and SEGA's "Hatusne Miku VR."

The Playstation VR promises a new and wonderful experience to its users. The VR headset is used by connecting it to the Playstation VR console and controlled through a gamepad or a motion-recognizing device named, "PlayStation Move."

As published on Playstation Lifestyle, Industry Analyst Michael Pachter, firmly believes that Sony's Playstation VR will be a huge success based on its reliance on PS4 hardware along with the console's install base. As per pricing, analysts are expecting the VR headset to not cost more than the Oculus Rift when the consumer-ready model finally comes out in 2016.

Pachter also points out that the PS4's install base will most likely go past 40 million units, if not even more. EA, however, doesn't seem to think so as the game-building company said it will 'wait and see how big the market is going to be' before making titles for the virtual reality experience by Sony, says International Business Times.

In fact, EA Games has yet to commit on creating games for the VR experience, as the company has no plans to make games for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, PlayStation VR or Samsung Gear VR. Next year will be a big year for virtual reality, as significant plans by companies to move into VR will be made in the next 12 months.

In other news, with Hello Games' announcement that they will be delaying the release of "No Man's Sky" to June 2016, there are heavy speculations that the move is to cater a support for Playstation VR for the much anticipated game.
