Executive Producer Jeff Davis teases that a new character will be introduced in "Teen Wolf" Season 5B known as Skinwalker, a new shapeshifter who will be appearing in the series, according to IB Times. Skinwalker is a fictional character based on an old Native American lore came from a creature who can transform into different animals and can steal the identities of other people.

On the other hand, Tyler Posey teased some juicy details about what is happening between Scott and Kira's (Arden Cho), as cited by Vulture. The 24-year-old American actor added that their budding relationship will be featured in season 5b. Posey stated, "They're so cute and I love the awkwardness between them, and it really brings a kind of awkwardness to the show. I think the show really needs it and it's just relatable.

Meanwhile, Orny Adams officially returns in "Teen Wolf" for the 2nd part of season 5. Adams will reprise his character Coach Bobby Finstock, is a Beacon Hills High School Lacrosse coach, as reported on Teen Wolf News. The 45-year-old American actor temporarily left during the 1st half of season 5 due to his hectic touring schedule.

The show's executive producer introduced a new character for "Teen Wolf" Season 5B. Other than that, an actor spilled some details about the budding romance of some characters in the show. Elsewhere, an actor officially reprises his role as a high school coach.
