GoPro Hero is expected to release another camera next year, the Hero 5. This camera is speculated to be armored with an 8K resolution and an enhanced waterproof capability, making the GoPro Hero 5 most likely the best sports camera ever.

According to Latinos Post, the 4K resolution has been a big help to camera enthusiasts who have been placing premium in capturing quality shots over 1080p. With 4K resolution, the users of the camera will be able to see the details and quality clearer; one can just envision the level of rendering that an 8K display would offer.

In an instance that an 8K video will be converted to 4K would basically have an output of smoother and crisper videos since the pixels are compressed to deliver better shots. With the aid of a 60 fps, the GoPro Hero 5 is certainly a sports camera to wish for. Moreover, if users would think that photo-capturing skill is something, there is more to the sports cam as far as features are concerned.

The Hero 5 is engineered with an A10 processor which would give the camera the ability to take 4K resolutions at 60 fps. it will also have a dual lens setup which will result to a better 3D images and videos, especially in underwater conditions. The GoPro Hero 5's enhanced waterproof capacity can perform up to 60 meters underwater and it even comes with a dive housing which should make it easier for users to carry and use. All these, with the power of an improved 2,800 mAh battery pack.

GoPro Hero 5 may be lighter than its predecessor, about 40% lighter and 50% smaller. This would basically mean that this device would be easily fitted into wherever owners could eventually decide, including helmets, their body or maybe even the bike handles for people who love the outdoors.

As for its price, Vine Report stated on its article that the GoPro Hero 5 might be tagged at around $500 to $550, based on the rumored specifications.

This sports camera may be released in early 2016, but the exact release date is still yet to be determined. There were talks that 2015 could be a perfect time for GoPro to release the device, but none of these were established.

With the 8K resolution that GoPro is speculated to incorporate with the Hero 5, many sees it as a great leap in terms of specs. However, these information are not yet confirmed by the company, so sports camera enthusiasts still have to wait for further specifics of GoPro Hero 5.
