Russian billionaire and fertilizer company owner Dmitry Mazepin was eyeing a 21.75% stake on the world's top potash miner Uralkali. Mazepin's net worth was at USD3.2 billion as of this year.
After the collapse of the Belarussian venture, Kerimov is considering offers from other parties as to his stake in potash producer Uralkali.
Russian tycoon Suleiman Kerimov had been planning to sell 21.75% stake in Uralkali, held through his foundation, said reports.
