Euro Disney (EDLP.PA) said on Monday it had agreed a 1 billion euro funding deal backed by its largest shareholder, the Walt Disney Co (DIS.N), which includes a share sale and a debt restructuring, to allow it to invest in the business.

Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaleed bin Talal's Kingdom Holdings is preparing to purchase more shares in Twitter when its IPO comes around.
News Corp, where 7% is owned by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal,reported an increase in annual income.
In an interview with Reuters, Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaleed bin Talal said he, through his Kingdom Holdings investment firm, would not sell any Twitter shares owned in the IPO.
