Cambridge, US-based venture capital firm Amplify Partners raised $49.1 million for its new fund to back early-stage firms in the storage, networking, and Internet hardware industries.
Kaltura, an open source video platform based in New York, has bagged additional funding of $47 million in a round led by new investors and participated in by its existing backers.
Indian venture capital firm IDG Ventures and Canadian investor Ascent Capital picked up a minority stake in New Delhi-based software solutions provider Newgen Software Technologies for INR110 crore.
Software company SAP AG said it would be pouring over USD650 million to its new SAP Ventures Fund II.
